A Gerep study: where is France when paid leave is compared at a global level?

In the study, "paid leave" means a period during which an employee is paid while absent from work for whatever reason (holiday, sick leave, special leave.). The study demonstrates that the remuneration levels that employees can expect vary considerably from one continent and one country to another.

The members of Asinta are experts in various countries selected for their independence and their knowledge of social protection. This study pools their expertise in a comparison of paid leave practices in different countries and draws conclusions on best practices.
