report (bilan social individuel &#8211; BSI)<\/strong>, and first of all that of the social balance sheet. <strong>The social report <\/strong>is a <strong>mandatory<\/strong> legal document <strong>for companies with over 300 employees.<\/strong> It provides an overview of the company&#8217;s social situation. <\/p>\n<p>So <strong>what is the individual social report? <\/strong> <\/p>\nThis is an individual report which, unlike the social report, is not a mandatory document.<br \/>\nThe individual social report is a human resources management tool which lists all the remuneration and benefits received by the employee over the course of the year.  \n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tWhat is the content of an individual social report?\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The <strong>individual digital   compensation and benefits received by the employee during the year.   \n<p>Finally, indicate your employee savings, working hours, accumulated training entitlements and training courses taken.
