Ces changements entreront en vigueur le 1er janvier 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9forme du <strong>r\u00e9gime de sant\u00e9 Syntec<\/strong> vise \u00e0 garantir un niveau de couverture coh\u00e9rent avec les besoins de la population active et \u00e0 pr\u00e9server l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9conomique du r\u00e9gime. Quelques garanties du <strong>r\u00e9gime de base obligatoire<\/strong> sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es\u202f<strong>en optique<\/strong>\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration de la prise en charge de la <strong>chirurgie r\u00e9fractive<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Evolution de la garantie de certains <strong>verres, montures et \u00e9quipements optiques<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;avenant int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/paris\/assure\/remboursements\/rembourse\/remboursement-seance-psychologue-mon-soutien-psy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prise en charge des s\u00e9ances de psychologie du dispositif \u00ab\u202fMon Psy\u202f\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les autres am\u00e9liorations, \u00e0 la marge, concernent les r\u00e9gimes optionnels, ou int\u00e8grent les \u00e9volutions du 100% sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9ductions de certaines garanties :<\/h3>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, certaines garanties sont revues \u00e0 la baisse\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dentaire\u202f:<\/strong> abaissement du plafond annuel pour les proth\u00e8ses dentaires<\/li>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9decine douce\u202f:<\/strong> suppression de la prise en charge de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre alimentaire et des produits di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques<\/li>\n<li>Baisse de certaines prises en charge <strong>optique et dentaire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Baisses sur les <strong>r\u00e9gimes optionnels<\/strong> (hospitalisation, lentilles&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces am\u00e9nagements, en lien avec l&#8217;avenant n\u00b07 qui \u00e9tait venu r\u00e9cemment rehausser le tarif des r\u00e9gimes conventionnels, ont pour objectif de r\u00e9sorber le d\u00e9ficit du r\u00e9gime de branche mais \u00e9galement compenser les multiples transferts de charge de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Une action sociale modernis\u00e9e par la politique de branche<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&#8217;une recommandation, les partenaires sociaux ont naturellement instaur\u00e9 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/haut-degre-solidarite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">haut degr\u00e9 de solidarit\u00e9 (HDS)<\/a>. L&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.syntec.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/avenant_n-8_du_14-02-2025_signe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avenant n\u00b08<\/a> en pr\u00e9cise les modalit\u00e9s, notamment en d\u00e9terminant les actions pouvant \u00eatre financ\u00e9es, les obligations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce HDS, ainsi que les conditions de son financement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des actions collectives de pr\u00e9vention, notamment :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La promotion des pratiques sportives<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie personnelle, pour une meilleure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/la-qvt-devient-la-qvct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail (QVCT)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;inclusion et l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 pour les plus fragiles ou les personnes en situation de handicap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Des aides individuelles sous conditions de ressources, telles que :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La prise en charge partielle des <strong>cotisations sant\u00e9<\/strong> pour les salari\u00e9s et ayants droit en situation de fragilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Une aide au financement des <strong>activit\u00e9s sportives<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Une aide \u00e0 certaines <strong>m\u00e9decines douces<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces actions seront propos\u00e9es par les organismes assureurs recommand\u00e9s qui devront pr\u00e9senter une offre d\u00e9taill\u00e9e. Les entreprises hors recommandation resteront soumises \u00e0 cette exigence de mise en \u0153uvre d&#8217;une politique d&#8217;action sociale. Ainsi, 2 % du montant total des cotisations sont affect\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;action sociale, selon les modalit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pour les entreprises ayant souscrit aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un organisme recommand\u00e9\u202f:<\/strong> ces 2% sont pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s directement et alimentent un fonds d&#8217;action sociale mutualis\u00e9, exclusivement r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s couverts par ce r\u00e9gime.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour les entreprises ayant souscrit un r\u00e9gime hors recommand\u00e9\u202f:<\/strong> ce financement reste obligatoire et doit financer directement les prestations pr\u00e9vues, via le fonds social de l&#8217;assureur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Je n&#8217;ai pas souscrit une offre conventionnelle, quelles sont mes obligations\u202f?<\/h2>\n<p>Chaque entreprise est libre de souscrire un r\u00e9gime aupr\u00e8s de l&#8217;assureur de son choix, recommand\u00e9 ou non. Lorsque le r\u00e9gime mis en place n&#8217;est pas le r\u00e9gime conventionnel, l&#8217;entreprise doit respecter le principe de faveur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e8gle exige que les dispositions mises en place dans l&#8217;entreprise soient \u00e9quivalentes ou plus favorables que les dispositions conventionnelles.<\/p>\n<h3>Une am\u00e9lioration des garanties \u00e0 prendre en compte<\/h3>\n<p>La conformit\u00e9 des garanties am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par la branche devra \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e dans le r\u00e9gime mis en place par l&#8217;entreprise, afin de respecter les minima, d\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Comme toute modification des garanties, le dialogue social devra \u00eatre respect\u00e9, avec une information consultation du CSE et une information des salari\u00e9s via une campagne de communication.<\/p>\n<p>La baisse des garanties conventionnelles n&#8217;est pas obligatoirement r\u00e9percut\u00e9e sur le contrat.<\/p>\n<h3>La structure de cotisation doit-elle \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e\u202f?<\/h3>\n<p>La structure \u00ab isol\u00e9 \/ famille obligatoire \u00bb est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme une alternative \u00e0 la structure initiale.
