Le cancer du sein reste le cancer le plus fr\u00e9quent chez les femmes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Derri\u00e8re la couleur symbolique d&#8217;Octobre Rose, il y a un message essentiel\u202f: <strong>la pr\u00e9vention et le d\u00e9pistage sauvent des vies<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>En tant que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/courtier-conseil-rh-optimisation-protection-sociale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">courtier conseil<\/a> sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en protection sociale, nous sommes convaincus que la sant\u00e9 ne doit pas \u00eatre seulement prot\u00e9g\u00e9e, mais aussi pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e. C&#8217;est pourquoi nous nous engageons, avec nos partenaires, \u00e0 soutenir activement cette campagne et \u00e0 proposer des actions concr\u00e8tes pour accompagner salari\u00e9s et entreprises.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Le d\u00e9pistage, un geste simple qui change tout<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>En 2023, plus de <strong>61 000 nouveaux cas de cancer du sein<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9s en France. Pourtant, lorsqu&#8217;il est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 t\u00f4t, il peut \u00eatre gu\u00e9ri dans <strong>9 cas sur 10<\/strong>. La cl\u00e9 est donc dans le <strong>d\u00e9pistage<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Entre 50 et 74 ans, chaque femme est invit\u00e9e tous les deux ans \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une <strong>mammographie <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.santepubliquefrance.fr\/maladies-et-traumatismes\/cancers\/cancer-du-sein\/articles\/taux-de-participation-au-programme-de-depistage-organise-du-cancer-du-sein-en-2024-et-evolution-depuis-2005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>prise en charge \u00e0 100 %<\/strong> par la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale<\/a>. Mais la vigilance ne doit pas s&#8217;arr\u00eater \u00e0 cette tranche d&#8217;\u00e2ge : ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux, sympt\u00f4mes ou simples doutes doivent encourager \u00e0 consulter.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aujourd&#8217;hui encore, une partie des femmes n&#8217;ont pas recours \u00e0 ce d\u00e9pistage, souvent par manque d&#8217;information, par difficult\u00e9 d&#8217;acc\u00e8s ou m\u00eame par peur. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 que les <strong>actions de proximit\u00e9, en entreprise<\/strong>, prennent tout leur sens\u202f:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ateliers de sensibilisation<\/li>\r\n<li>Unit\u00e9s mobiles<\/li>\r\n<li>Campagnes d&#8217;information<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Chaque geste compte pour faire tomber les barri\u00e8res.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Quand assurance et pr\u00e9vention vont de pair<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>On associe souvent l&#8217;assurance sant\u00e9 &#8211; mutuelle ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/vos-besoins\/assurance-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9<\/a> &#8211; \u00e0 la protection financi\u00e8re face \u00e0 la maladie.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mais son r\u00f4le va bien au-del\u00e0 du remboursement des soins. De plus en plus de contrats int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais des dispositifs de pr\u00e9vention, des bilans de sant\u00e9,\u00a0ou encore un accompagnement psychologique.<\/p>\r\n<p>L&#8217;enjeu pour les acteurs de l&#8217;assurance est d\u00e9sormais de valoriser cette dimension pr\u00e9ventive, en lien avec les entreprises et les partenaires de sant\u00e9. Car promouvoir la sant\u00e9 en entreprise, c&#8217;est aussi d\u00e9velopper une v\u00e9ritable culture de la pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Des actions concr\u00e8tes pour Octobre Rose<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Avec nos partenaires, nous d\u00e9veloppons plusieurs initiatives pour faire vivre Octobre Rose au sein des entreprises. Certaines sont simples \u00e0 mettre en place, d&#8217;autres plus ambitieuses, mais toutes ont le m\u00eame objectif, soit de sensibiliser et d&#8217;encourager le d\u00e9pistage. Parmi elles :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Webinaires et conf\u00e9rences<\/strong> anim\u00e9s par des professionnels de sant\u00e9 pour informer et r\u00e9pondre aux questions.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Ateliers pratiques<\/strong> comme l&#8217;apprentissage de l&#8217;autopalpation, pour mieux conna\u00eetre son corps.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Campagnes de d\u00e9pistage en entreprise<\/strong>, avec la pr\u00e9sence de professionnels de sant\u00e9 ou d&#8217;unit\u00e9s mobiles.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Kits de sensibilisation<\/strong> (affiches, flyers, vid\u00e9os, newsletters internes) pour relayer l&#8217;information aupr\u00e8s de tous.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>\u00c9v\u00e9nements collectifs<\/strong> tels que des marches solidaires, des challenges internes\u2026.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Ces actions, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la taille et \u00e0 la culture de chaque entreprise, permettent de transformer le mois d&#8217;octobre en une v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>L&#8217;entreprise, un acteur cl\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9 publique lors d&#8217;Octobre rose<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>L&#8217;implication des entreprises dans ce mois n&#8217;est pas seulement un geste symbolique. Elle a un impact concret sur la sant\u00e9 des collaboratrices. Encourager le d\u00e9pistage, faciliter l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;information, offrir un espace de parole et de pr\u00e9vention contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&#8217;absent\u00e9isme, \u00e0 renforcer la confiance et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/la-qvt-devient-la-qvct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail (QVCT)<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cet engagement s&#8217;inscrit pleinement dans une d\u00e9marche de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises (RSE), tendant de plus en plus \u00e0 aller vers la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/green-rh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green RH<\/a>. En participant \u00e0 cette campagne qu&#8217;est Octobre Rose, les employeurs envoient un message fort, \u00ab\u202f<em>la sant\u00e9 de leurs salari\u00e9s est une priorit\u00e9<\/em>\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n<p>C&#8217;est un choix qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e0 chacun individuellement, mais aussi \u00e0 l&#8217;organisation dans son ensemble.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Agir ensemble, d\u00e8s maintenant<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Octobre Rose est un moment fort de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, mais la pr\u00e9vention ne s&#8217;arr\u00eate pas au mois d&#8217;octobre. Elle doit s&#8217;ancrer dans le quotidien, dans nos habitudes et nos r\u00e9flexes. Chaque entreprise peut devenir un relais de cette pr\u00e9vention, et nous sommes l\u00e0 pour les accompagner.<\/p>\r\n<p>L&#8217;objectif est simple, <strong>rendre l&#8217;information accessible, encourager l&#8217;action et, au bout du compte, contribuer \u00e0 sauver des vies<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Et d\u00e8s novembre, place \u00e0 <strong>Movember<\/strong>, un mois d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 masculine, mais aussi et surtout l&#8217;occasion de poursuivre cet \u00e9lan collectif en sensibilisant aux cancers de la prostate, des testicules et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale des hommes.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>FAQ sur l&#8217;Octobre Rose\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<h3><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce qu&#8217;Octobre Rose ?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Octobre Rose est une campagne annuelle de sensibilisation organis\u00e9e depuis 1994 en France. Elle vise \u00e0 informer le grand public sur le cancer du sein, promouvoir le d\u00e9pistage et soutenir la recherche.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 quoi sert Octobre Rose ?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Son but principal est de rappeler l&#8217;importance du d\u00e9pistage, qui permet de d\u00e9tecter la maladie \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce et d&#8217;augmenter les chances de gu\u00e9rison. C&#8217;est aussi un temps fort pour collecter des fonds destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la recherche et aux associations de patients.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Les hommes sont-ils concern\u00e9s par le cancer du sein ?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Oui, m\u00eame si le cancer du sein reste tr\u00e8s majoritairement f\u00e9minin, environ 1 % des cas concernent les hommes. La sensibilisation et la vigilance sont donc aussi importantes pour eux, surtout en cas d&#8217;ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Le d\u00e9pistage est-il pris en charge par l&#8217;assurance ?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Dans le cadre du programme national, la mammographie est prise en charge \u00e0 100 % pour les femmes de 50 \u00e0 74 ans, tous les deux ans.
