\/>Une lecture utile pour comprendre les nouveaux \u00e9quilibres entre <strong>pr\u00e9vention, pouvoir d&#8217;achat et qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gerep.fr\/blog\/la-qvt-devient-la-qvct\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">QVCT<\/a><\/strong><strong>).<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>+3,7 % d&#8217;augmentation des remboursements en 2025 : la hausse se stabilise, mais les usages changent<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<p>Sur la p\u00e9riode janvier-ao\u00fbt 2025 :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Les <strong>r\u00e9gimes obligatoires<\/strong> affichent une hausse de <strong>+4,3 %<\/strong>,<\/li>\r\n<li>Les <strong>r\u00e9gimes optionnels<\/strong> enregistrent une baisse de <strong>-4,9 hausse marqu\u00e9e de <strong>+10,5 %<\/strong>, tandis que les <strong>d\u00e9penses de pharmacie<\/strong> continuent de cro\u00eetre \u00e0 un rythme soutenu (+7 %).<br \/>Ces deux postes constituent les principaux contributeurs \u00e0 la hausse globale des remboursements.<\/p>\r\n<p>D&#8217;autres postes \u00e9voluent diff\u00e9remment :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Le <strong>poste
