We use the comments and suggestions from our users to constantly improve our services and guarantee our customers ever-increasing satisfaction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The figures speak for themselves!<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For a clinching factor that proves how Gerep&#8217;s policyholder area is performing, just look at its <strong>usage rate, which stood at 72.5% in May 2020.<\/strong> This figure has been constantly on the rise since the policyholder area was opened and is today <strong>the<\/strong> forum where a very large majority of correspondence with Gerep takes place, thanks particularly to <strong>48 hour processing<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>72.5% of our policyholders use the online facility<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Questionnaire results confirm this trend:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2,600 users of the policyholder area answered the questionnaire<\/li>\r\n<li>8.3 out of 10 was the mark awarded to the policyholder area for the simplicity of its design and the services it offers.<\/li>\r\n<li>92.6% of people responding say they recommend the online policyholder area.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investments directed at online services<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Even though most users said they found all they needed in the online policyholder area, <strong>Gerep continues to funnel investment into new online services so as help members manage their 2nd tier healthcare cover.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>New improvements and new services are regularly developed and offered to users, based on feedback from our members and resulting from developments in technology.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other online Gerep tools<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The GEREP corporate policyholder area<\/strong> (\u201cEspace Entreprise\u201d) <strong>offers numerous online services<\/strong> to help HR departments in managing membership matters and declaring and following up on work stoppage declarations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you require more information on GEREP\u2019s online services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Satisfaction constantly on the increase Ever since the launch of our policyholder web area \u201cIRIS\u201d, 3 years ago, policyholder satisfaction has been increasing continuously.
