Online services: investments to support our digital ambitions

A few weeks ago, Gerep launched its mobile application, available on the Apple and Android stores and already downloaded almost 13,000 times! Service and technology have been part of our values since we were founded over 30 years ago, and we are constantly innovating to satisfy our policyholders.

An expectation of Gerep policyholders

3 years ago, we launched theEspace Assuré online to modernize our exchanges and make it easier for our users to carry out their procedures online. The success of this space with our members is undeniable, with over 73% using it today.

Always striving to improve our services, we launched the app to offer an even better experience to our mobile users, who account for a third of all visits and have increased by almost 12% in three years. The app also meets the expectations expressed in our satisfaction surveys.

A digital and human bias

Gerep’s mobile application offers the same 48-hour response guarantee as the online Espace Assuré. It completes a range of services that has already evolved considerably in recent years, whether to support our customers in the management of their healthcare and provident contracts, or our policyholders in the follow-up of their claims.

In recent years Gerep has developed :

  • An online corporate area for managing subscriptions and work stoppages
  • Multi-channel reception to provide relevant and efficient responses to e-mail and telephone inquiries
  • Increasingly automated workflows between our departments and those of other stakeholders to streamline and automate case processing.

The evolution of our online services

The mobile application and all the online services offered by Gerep add to the historical means of exchange that we offer and contribute more than ever to making Gerep a human and digital complementary health insurance.
